VIXL Credit Packs

Buy once and receive VIXL Credits — a single account-level balance shared across VIXL products, starting with FORMAT. Credits are used to generate space videos with FORMAT. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges — when you run low, simply buy another pack.

Credits are a prepaid usage quota used within the VIXL platform to consume digital services. Credits are internal platform usage quota: they are not cash, not a deposit, not securities, and cannot be redeemed for or withdrawn as money.

What Credits Cost

• A 720p video generation consumes 100 Credits.
• The 2K upgrade is optional and consumes an additional 25 Credits on top of the 720p generation — a 720p video upgraded to 2K costs 100 + 25 = 125 Credits in total.

Billing Notes

• Credits are consumed when digital services are used. Used credits are, in principle, not automatically restored, except where a defined refund or return mechanism is triggered by a system failure, or where applicable law requires otherwise.
• For paid digital services that are not delivered due to a system or provider failure, the corresponding credits recorded by the system may be returned to your account. Refund and failure-return rules are governed by our Terms of Service.
• Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. Refund and cancellation handling is subject to the payment channel, the order status, applicable law, and the purchase terms presented at checkout. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
